As part of an ongoing series of free MP3s offered by a string of fresh UK artists, online music retailer Bleep and Barcelonan music festival Sonar have just unveiled the latest downloads for public consumption. The two entities have teamed up to give fans a taste of the talented bands and producers set to play the eclectic festival later this June by giving away two songs from performing artists each week leading up to the festival.

The first week was electronic psych-noise experimentalists Fuck Buttons and future-house kingpin Roska. Today, bass-toting Hyperdub outfit King Midas Sound and Glaswegian newcomers to the dance tune production game The Blessings have both relinquished exclusive material for us. All tracks are available here until June 7, and keep your eyes open for more coming from the likes of Broadcast and Hudson Mohawke in the next two weeks.

Sub Pop recording artists 'clipping.' brought their brand of noise-driven experimental hip hop to the closing night of 2016's San Francisco Electronic Music Fest this past Sunday. The packed Brava Theater hosted an initially seated crowd that ended the night jumping and dancing against the front of the stage. The trio performed a set focused on their recently released Sci-Fi Horror concept album, 'Splendor & Misery', then delved into their dancier and more aggressive back catalogue, and recent single 'Wriggle'. Opening performances included local experimental electronic duo 'Tujurikkuja' and computer music artist 'Madalyn Merkey.'"
