Posted By on Tue, Apr 27, 2010 at 9:01 AM

Known for switching dramatically in style, rhythm and texture, Liars is in town to play from their new, challenging album Sisterworld. The tense and anxious fifth album, Sisterworld tackles life in Los Angeles with bleak beauty juxtaposed against heavy tempos.

Liars plays at Slim's tonight with Fol Chen. (8:30 p.m., $15)
