Live 105 just announced its 2010 lineup for its big summer fest, BFD, and the band on the bill most folks will be talking about--for better or for worse--is Hole. Yup, Courtney Love and Co. will be one of the headliners at the Shoreline this year, along with Sublime with Rome, Deftones, Silversun Pickups, and Cage the Elephant on Sunday, June 6.

On the second stage: Spoon, Gaslight Anthem, Flyleaf, Against Me!, Temper Trap, the Dirty Heads, Violent Soho, the Soft Pack, and Middle Class Rut.

But really, it's gonna be all about Hole for Courtney lovers and haters. Personally, even though her SXSW show unraveled the second the infamous oversharer opened her mouth, I still think Hole 2010 is an entertaining act. That's especially true if she keeps the power ballads to a minimum and plays all the early, raging hits that make fans stick by her side regardless of the rantrums.

Sub Pop recording artists 'clipping.' brought their brand of noise-driven experimental hip hop to the closing night of 2016's San Francisco Electronic Music Fest this past Sunday. The packed Brava Theater hosted an initially seated crowd that ended the night jumping and dancing against the front of the stage. The trio performed a set focused on their recently released Sci-Fi Horror concept album, 'Splendor & Misery', then delved into their dancier and more aggressive back catalogue, and recent single 'Wriggle'. Opening performances included local experimental electronic duo 'Tujurikkuja' and computer music artist 'Madalyn Merkey.'"
