If you've had better things to do than peruse the Webbernet for cheap thrills and easy laughs, then there's a chance you might not yet know of this behemoth in debauchery: Chatroulette. Naturally, a few bands have been using the randomizing video chat service as their social media of choice to connect with fans on a whole, new level. Good idea or gimmick? Holy Fuck from Toronto used it last Friday to announce their new album Latin and stream their single "Latin America."
