Guitarist Jameson Swagnon showed-off his goldmine of talent by performing both with Rad Cloud and Grand Lake. The latter took their job seriously as the first act in last night's lineup, crowd-rousing led by the impressive fervor of their charismatic front man, Caleb Nicols. For the group's grand finale, Nicols left the stage, dropped his guitar on the dance floor, and paced determinedly towards the back of the venue while simultaneously screaming out the end of the song. There will undoubtedly be more grand exits in store from Grand Lake at future performances.

Critic's Notebook

Shout out: to the crowd, for filling the venue on hump day.

Opening performances included local experimental electronic duo 'Tujurikkuja' and computer music artist 'Madalyn Merkey.'"
