"Fur Girl" by Mark Ryden

Mark Ryden has a solo show coming up at the Tomio Koyama Gallery in Tokyo, and one of the pieces from the show has been made into a limited-edition lithograph. The print comes from Porterhouse Editions and goes on sale today, January 20. I'm sure people will go crazy over this one, so if you plan on grabbing a Ryden print, do it fast. The lithograph will be on heavyweight paper, 33″ x 23 1/8″, signed and numbered in an edition of 500. It is embossed with the Porterhouse seal and comes with a certificate of authenticity.

"Wide eyed Wondermental" by Lola

Angeleno artist Lola has launched her new website and added a new print to the shop. She has a solo show planned for this March at the Copro Nason Gallery, but this print is too good to wait for (and hopefully more will be released). The print, "Wide eyed Wondermental," is 13″ x 19″ with an image area of 11″ x 14″ giclee on velvet fine art paper. The print is signed and numbered with a certificate of authenticity in an edition of 25.

"Touch of Class" by Nathan Ota

It's been a while since Paper Tiger has updated its shop, but they have just released their first print for the new year. This one comes from a painting Nathan had in his "Way Way South" show at the La Luz De Jesus Gallery last October. The painting sold, but the print is ready to go. It's 12″ x 15″ signed and numbered in an edition of 25.

"Run for Your Life: You Should Go!" by Erasmo Garcia

Erasom is an illustrator out of Miami. He has been working since High School and is doing quite well with some galleries. He currently has some work in the "Three of a Kind" show at the Bear and Bird Gallery. The great thing about this print is that it is one of a kind. It's 12" x 19", giclee on canvas and is all ready to go.

"Outlaw" by Charlie Owens

Originally from Atlanta, Ga, Charlie recently moved to Chicago brought his mixed media collage style with him. Along with the gallery work, he has also done some pretty amazing murals. I found some prints at his Etsy shop and had to share them. Much like the print above, this baby is one of a kind as well. The print is on wood, 6" x 8" and has been stained to look aged and covered with a coat of gloss for protection. The print is signed on the back and ready to hang. Killer deal for $40.

Sub Pop recording artists 'clipping.' brought their brand of noise-driven experimental hip hop to the closing night of 2016's San Francisco Electronic Music Fest this past Sunday. The packed Brava Theater hosted an initially seated crowd that ended the night jumping and dancing against the front of the stage. The trio performed a set focused on their recently released Sci-Fi Horror concept album, 'Splendor & Misery', then delved into their dancier and more aggressive back catalogue, and recent single 'Wriggle'. Opening performances included local experimental electronic duo 'Tujurikkuja' and computer music artist 'Madalyn Merkey.'"
