Arts Printed Matter IV at Giant Robot

Ever been bummed at a cool art show because you couldn't get a hold of your favorite artist's super-limited, one-of-a-kind work? That won't be too much of a problem at Giant Robot's group showing for Printed Matter IV. The exhibit is dedicated to prints of all varieties -- woodcut, silkscreen, lithographs, etc. -- and will have multiple copies of each work on hand. Head out to 618 Shrader when Printed Matter IV celebrates its opening reception Saturday, Dec. 13 from 6:30-10 p.m. The exhibit will remain for viewing until Jan. 14, 2009. The packed Brava Theater hosted an initially seated crowd that ended the night jumping and dancing against the front of the stage. The trio performed a set focused on their recently released Sci-Fi Horror concept album, 'Splendor & Misery', then delved into their dancier and more aggressive back catalogue, and recent single 'Wriggle'.
