After the reunited '80s
Butthole Surfers lineup (
Gibby Haynes, Paul Leary, Jeff Pinkus, King Coffey and
Teresa Taylor) played Austin back in September, the group is now targeting San Francisco for two nights of Texas-tweaked psychedelic punk. That same linup will ring out the end of 2008 with a two-night stand at the Fillmore (Dec. 30 and 31st), the first time the group has played the West Coast in seven years.
