Tupac’s 1995 Jaguar Up for Auction on eBay

Posted By on Fri, Jul 18, 2008 at 2:59 PM

Thug Life Army, a go-to Web site for Tupac Shakur-related news, reports that the late rapper’s green convertible 1995 Jaguar XJS is up for auction on eBay. Opening bid is set at $40,000 for the vehicle, which has just over 16,000 miles on the odometer. However, that tidy sum is not enough to meet the reserve price, which is currently unknown. The car is currently in Atlanta, where its owner is choosing to remain anonymous.

Apparently, monthly payment plans are available through eBay’s Financing Center, so maybe a bunch of us should pool our funds and drive that baby back to the Westside.

Check the auction out over here. --Tamara Palmer

Sub Pop recording artists 'clipping.' brought their brand of noise-driven experimental hip hop to the closing night of 2016's San Francisco Electronic Music Fest this past Sunday. The packed Brava Theater hosted an initially seated crowd that ended the night jumping and dancing against the front of the stage. The trio performed a set focused on their recently released Sci-Fi Horror concept album, 'Splendor & Misery', then delved into their dancier and more aggressive back catalogue, and recent single 'Wriggle'. Opening performances included local experimental electronic duo 'Tujurikkuja' and computer music artist 'Madalyn Merkey.'"
