Sopranos reps SF with Journey-filled finale, 'Don't Stop Believin', Tony

Posted By on Mon, Jun 11, 2007 at 9:10 AM

Spoiler alert: SF legends Journey made the cut in the final moments of the Sopranos last night. During the surprisingly open-ended conclusion to the mob's Camelot story, Tony walks up the jukebox and hits Journey's "Don't Stop Believin" played at some insanely large volume for it to mean nothing. The implication: Tony's going to keep on grindin', just like we all gotta.

The trio performed a set focused on their recently released Sci-Fi Horror concept album, 'Splendor & Misery', then delved into their dancier and more aggressive back catalogue, and recent single 'Wriggle'. Opening performances included local experimental electronic duo 'Tujurikkuja' and computer music artist 'Madalyn Merkey.'"
