The evening’s presentation will include a program of artist made film and videos that explore human relationships to interior spaces, objects, decor and furniture—the things that give us comfort, status and affirm identity or conversely, become refuse, expose our fragility, leave us alienated or economically spent. What Have We Here examines the consequences of desire and consumerism while others offer philosophical musings about perception and tensions of cultural markers represented in domestic spaces and objects we covet.
