Wall of Song is a collaborative work by artists Mel Day and Michael Namkung. The project invites people from all backgrounds, beliefs, political affiliations, orientation and countries of origin – no matter their ability to carry a tune – to record themselves singing Leonard Cohen’s “Hallelujah.” In this time of great unknowing, uncertainty and division, this is a wall that brings us together.
The artists invite you to add your voice to the work before the event by singing online at wallofsongproject.com. At 7:30 pm the artists will lead everyone in signing together, followed by a screening of the work.
