Truckstop Dickens

Wednesday, Nov 24 2010
If you prefer your Dickens served with a side of hash browns, then Cora Values' Christmas Corral might just be your new favorite Christmas show. Sean Owens, playwright-in-residence at EXIT Theatre, returns for another holiday gig as Cora Values, proprietress of the Gas ‘N’ Gulp on Interstate 19. Cora, you see, has unearthed a “forgotten literary classic” known as A Christmas Carol — only problem is that she’s missing a few pages. Distinctly non-Victorian hilarity ensues.
Fridays, Saturdays. Starts: Dec. 3. Continues through Dec. 11, 2010

Opening performances included local experimental electronic duo 'Tujurikkuja' and computer music artist 'Madalyn Merkey.'"
