Voss Gallery presents “All I Need,” a solo exhibition of figurative paintings by The Tracy Piper that vibrantly depicts sensual scenes of leisure in opposition to the increasingly idealized ‘hustle culture.’ Join us for the Opening Reception on Friday, February 7, 6-10PM. This event is free and open to the public. RSVP is encouraged for event updates. The exhibition is on view through February 29, 2020. Gallery hours are Wednesday-Saturday, 12-6PM or by appointment. A timely tribute to the ‘rest as resistance’ movement, “All I Need” reaffirms society’s right to reflection and self-care.

Sub Pop recording artists 'clipping.' brought their brand of noise-driven experimental hip hop to the closing night of 2016's San Francisco Electronic Music Fest this past Sunday. The packed Brava Theater hosted an initially seated crowd that ended the night jumping and dancing against the front of the stage. The trio performed a set focused on their recently released Sci-Fi Horror concept album, 'Splendor & Misery', then delved into their dancier and more aggressive back catalogue, and recent single 'Wriggle'. Opening performances included local experimental electronic duo 'Tujurikkuja' and computer music artist 'Madalyn Merkey.'"
