Christoph Rossner -- he's what dreams are made of. Just kidding. But really, take a look at Rossner's work -- the guy must have some kind of dream-like thought process when he's creating art. "The Hat, That Never Existed," Rossner's latest solo exhibit, depicts the day-to-day images that surround Rossner in a completely transformed manner. Think of it as dreaming: You know when you have a dream and you're in your house but it looks nothing like your house? Yet this deep internal feeling tells you this is your home. Well, that's what his art's like. Rossner focuses on taking his surrounding environment and completely transforming it. We just love dark oil paintings of factories that can be interpreted as something else entirely.
Fridays, Saturdays, 11 a.m.; Tuesdays, Thursdays, 6 p.m. Starts: April 15. Continues through May 14, 2011
