Just Can't Digest 0x000AThis News

People, stop eating this guy's friends: I have no understanding or acceptance of anyone who eats dogs. That's just disgusting ["57 Pups Saved From South Korean Meat Farm Find New Life in San Francisco," Erin Sherbert, The Snitch, 3/20]. Dogs are one of the smartest animals on this planet. I don't care if it's "cultural." It's neanderthal and from another century. Have you ever seen what they actually do in SE Asia? They put dogs in cages and make them watch other dogs get roasted to death on a fire. The people there claim that terrified dogs somehow make better tasting meat. Sorry... it's disgusting. Daniel W.

We. The. People.

Are sick of racism: You wanna work for the citizenry, in any public service profession, you might wanna look at the big pic. [S.F. Cop Who Sends Bigoted Text Messages Resigns," Michael Barba, The Snitch, 3/19]. We, The People, are everyone from everywhere on this planet. I'm Sicilian, Italian, French, Irish and Oneida (upstate NY first comers to this soil). Haters have hated every group of my ancestors and some still do. How long we gonna keep this rolling? Jim C.

Judgment Day

Sending homeless people to poop on your porch: Everyone is judging the church. Do you want people pooping and peeing in your yard or on your stoop? ["S.F. Catholic Church Confesses to Dousing Water on Homeless People Sleeping on Church Steps," Erin Sherbert, The Snitch, 3/18]. Nothing is stopping you from going downtown and picking up some homeless people and bringing them to your house. Anna T.

Sub Pop recording artists 'clipping.' brought their brand of noise-driven experimental hip hop to the closing night of 2016's San Francisco Electronic Music Fest this past Sunday. The packed Brava Theater hosted an initially seated crowd that ended the night jumping and dancing against the front of the stage. The trio performed a set focused on their recently released Sci-Fi Horror concept album, 'Splendor & Misery', then delved into their dancier and more aggressive back catalogue, and recent single 'Wriggle'. Opening performances included local experimental electronic duo 'Tujurikkuja' and computer music artist 'Madalyn Merkey.'"
