Other Minds, the premier new music festival on the West Coast, presents its 20th anniversary festival March 6-8, at the SFJAZZ Center featuring premieres and performances by Pauline Oliveros, Michael Nyman, Miya Masaoka, Maja S.K. Ratkje, Tigran Mansurian, Errollyn Wallen, David Tanenbaum, Don Byron and Charles Amirkhanian as well as tribute performances to Peter Sculthorpe and Lou Harrison.
