Omar S.: Show Preview

Wednesday, Oct 26 2011

Even though Detroit has fallen on hard times, the Motor City maintains its image as a top-tier music town. One artist leading the way is techno producer Omar S. An outspoken proponent of vinyl, Omar S. is known for the sparse, soulful, and totally analog dance cuts he's released on his own FXHE imprint. Currently enjoying the spotlight following the release of his album, It Can Be Done But Only I Can Do It, he's headed to San Francisco to headline at Icee Hot this week.
