The Nimbles are a San Francisco Bay Area-based band, consisting of four individuals with broad musical backgrounds and tastes, from Southern Rock to Classical Music, to Latin Jazz, to Folk. A listener might hear a jazz standard, jumping to a Bluegrass tune, followed by an Eastern European-influenced song, and an old-fashioned blues. All band members write original songs, and are equally comfortable in various genres and styles. The Nimbles’ love of music and performing is evident in their energy and joy in live performances. The band plays in a variety of Bay Area venues, and house concerts.
