Heron Arts is pleased to announce Okuda San Miguel’s first exhibition in San Francisco, a new and refreshing collection of work featuring collaborations with major international artists. The exhibition Metamorphosis by Okuda, curated by the Spanish artist, will be on view at Heron Arts until May 11, 2019. Visitors can enjoy a selection of Okuda’s work, alongside pieces from a carefully chosen and surprising line-up of artists. The opening of Metamorphosis will be on Friday, April 26th, 2019 at 7pm and is free and open to the public.

    Sub Pop recording artists 'clipping.' brought their brand of noise-driven experimental hip hop to the closing night of 2016's San Francisco Electronic Music Fest this past Sunday. The packed Brava Theater hosted an initially seated crowd that ended the night jumping and dancing against the front of the stage. The trio performed a set focused on their recently released Sci-Fi Horror concept album, 'Splendor & Misery', then delved into their dancier and more aggressive back catalogue, and recent single 'Wriggle'. Opening performances included local experimental electronic duo 'Tujurikkuja' and computer music artist 'Madalyn Merkey.'"
