Up on the mezzanine is a more intimate lounge with sofas and armchairs and a balcony overlooking Mission Street. And four stories up is the Sky Terrace, a rooftop getaway with a wooden deck, a pocket-sized bar, a casual salad and sandwich menu, and sweeping urban vistas of the Central Mission, Potrero Hill, and the distance spires of downtown S.F. The adjacent Elements youth hostel adds a certain international je ne sais quoi to the equation.
