Craft Your Year and Make a Mark on 2019 Join the Museum of Craft and Design for the first ever Library MakeArt at Glen Park Branch!! Create artistic placeholders for your books and craft a backdrop for your 2019 calendar! Inspired by books as source materials and by MCD’s exhibition Gustavo Pérez: Self Portrait in Black and White, you will learn a creative new use of text and experiment with tape resist techniques. The packed Brava Theater hosted an initially seated crowd that ended the night jumping and dancing against the front of the stage.
