This celebrated bistro has a rustic charm. The menu is composed of lovingly tweaked classics like a pork chop with Parmesan dumplings, bone marrow on toast with capers, and a fantastic burger with a little lamb meat added to the grind and horseradish smeared on top, which 60 percent of the customers seem to be eating. Service is quite helpful and gracious. Many customers elect to nibble on fries and Brussels sprouts chips with specialty cocktails at the bar.
