MCCLA proudly presents an evening of music, dance, poetry celebrating March Women’s History Month in it’s 12th edition. THEATRE PLAY: “Mujeres en Luna Llena”: Espectáculo Escénico que abraza el lado femenino que habita en todo ser humano, el ser interior. Dividido en las cuatro fases de la luna: Nueva, Creciente, Llena y Menguante. Cuatro formas de sentir, cuatro emociones que mezcladas con música nos llevan a viajar por ese mundo literario que es la poesía. POETRY READING: Sara Marinelli is a writer, translator, and educator. 8:30 - MUSIC PERFORMANCE: Trío Cambio, is a group born in the fight against evictions.

    Sub Pop recording artists 'clipping.' brought their brand of noise-driven experimental hip hop to the closing night of 2016's San Francisco Electronic Music Fest this past Sunday. The packed Brava Theater hosted an initially seated crowd that ended the night jumping and dancing against the front of the stage. The trio performed a set focused on their recently released Sci-Fi Horror concept album, 'Splendor & Misery', then delved into their dancier and more aggressive back catalogue, and recent single 'Wriggle'. Opening performances included local experimental electronic duo 'Tujurikkuja' and computer music artist 'Madalyn Merkey.'"
