Left Coast Chamber Ensemble’s 25th anniversary season opens with A Garland for Weinberg, a concert celebrating the distinctive sound of Polish composer Mieczysław Weinberg with a performance of his Clarinet Sonata and new works written in tribute to this neglected musician along with music of Weinberg’s better-known countryman Krzysztof Penderecki.
