The Introductions exhibition showcases the talent of twelve emerging artists in the San Francisco Bay Area, offering exposure to the art community and beyond through public reception, and catalogue documentation.
Through a highly competitive review process this year's jurors -- Patricia Cariño Valdez, Kira Lyons, and Hesse McGraw -- selected twelve finalists from over 200 submissions based on the conceptual and formal strength of the work. The resulting exhibition includes diverse range of media and subject matter featuring painting, drawing, sculpture, video, photography, and more.
