Skywatchers is an interdisciplinary community performance program developed by residents of the San Francisco’s Tenderloin neighborhood in collaboration with ABD artists. “I Got A Truth To Tell,” a new performance work by the Skywatchers community ensemble, is the culmination of a year of community dialogue, storytelling, and artistic creation around themes of ancestry, cultural gas lighting, and the radical act of having each other’s backs. The performance is free, open to the public, and features residents of the Community Housing Partnership's Senator, Cambridge, Iroquois, Hamlin, and San Cristina hotels.
