Practicing mindfulness can give us a new vision of what it means to be alive. Based on the teachings of Tarthang Tulku, Full Presence Mindfulness is a new approach to mindfulness. Starting with breathing, hearing, and seeing, we move on to understand the stories, feelings, and intentions that shape our lives. We enter a world without boundaries, where the rigid distinctions between ourselves and others dissolve. Taught by Jack Petranker, CCI's (Center for Creativity Inquiry) director and creator of the Full Presence Mindfulness Program.
