Foreign Cinema, the venerable Mission district restaurant, will celebrate its 18th anniversary with Venetian Carnival-themed bash on Thursday, September 28 from 7-11pm. Known for throwing extravagant and enlightening parties with a spirit of giving, co-owners/co-executive chefs Gayle Pirie and John Clark are donating the proceeds from ticket sales to the Human Rights Campaign, which advocates on behalf of the LGBTQ community.
