Celebrate the 25th anniversary of OMCA's beloved Dias de los Muertos celebration with an exhibition inspired by the Chicano activists who introduced Dias de los Muertos traditions to the United States in the 1970s. El Movimiento Vivo! Chicano Roots of Days of the Dead will honor and explore the lesser-known origins of Days of the Dead, and the ways these traditions continue to inspire social and political change today.

Sub Pop recording artists 'clipping.' brought their brand of noise-driven experimental hip hop to the closing night of 2016's San Francisco Electronic Music Fest this past Sunday. Opening performances included local experimental electronic duo 'Tujurikkuja' and computer music artist 'Madalyn Merkey.'"
