Liquid Gold will Flow at The Second Annual California Rum Festival SAN FRANCISCO, CA, June 16, 2016 -- For two days in August liquid gold will flow as San Francisco hosts The Second Annual California Rum Festival. The two day rum extravaganza will take place August 26-27 at SOMArts Cultural Center, 934 Brannan Street and will include events, seminars, and tasting rooms featuring rum luminaries from around the world.
