Black Lips: Show Preview

Wednesday, Mar 13 2013

The four misfits who make up the Black Lips never look like they're making any kind of effort to perform at all, but still never fail to be stupidly engaging. Everything about Black Lips' live show is infectious — the '60s-pop-infused rock 'n' roll will make you jive, the laid-back vibe will make you feel like you're at a super-hip house party, and the onstage antics will inspire you to do shots of well liquor like nobody since your college roommate. Party on.

Opening performances included local experimental electronic duo 'Tujurikkuja' and computer music artist 'Madalyn Merkey.'"
