So you went out last Saturday night and wore those new dark-wash, skinny leg jeans that you just bought despite the fact that it's the end of the month and you should be saving that money for your rent check. You and a few friends hit up that bougie new wine bar down the block from your apartment and one thing leads to another and pretty soon you're prancing around town on your very own bar crawl. It's one of those early summer evenings, when the weather is (finally) warm, and there's a slight breeze that's helping to keep your pits dry and your hair perpetually blown back as if you were on a prolonged photo shoot. You feel like a model. Hell, you feel absolutely fabulous. That is, until you trip on a tree root and are catapulted onto the unforgiving sidewalk. The palms of your hands are scratched and slightly bloody, but worse yet, your jeans are ripped. There's now a gaping hole on the right knee and you'll be damned if you're going to fix that hole yourself (or worse yet, slap a patch on it). The good news is there is such a thing as a reasonably priced tailor in the city. For only a few dollars (about $3 to $5, depending on the size of the hole), you can get that blemish mended faster than it will take for those scratches on your palms to heal.
