Babar in Exile presents four authors from Las Vegas, all of whom have been recently published by Zeitgeist Press: Bruce Isaacson, who established Zeitgeist in order to publish the original Café Babar poets; poet, actor, and filmmaker Syd Stewart, whose work was selected by the National Endowment for the Arts for their 50th Anniversary; James Norman – musician, part-time lover, and heterodoxical historian of the forgotten; and Heather Lang Cassera, who was named Las Vegas' Best Local Writer by the readers of KNPR’s Desert Companion in 2017.
