Viennese artist/philosopher/hacker/weirdo collective Monochrom jets back into town for another installment of Arse Elektronika, its ongoing series of cultural conferences designed to redraw the boundary lines of sex and gender via radical use of technology. This year's event includes a Thursday night party at Chez Poulet (3359 Cesar Chavez), Friday and Saturday presentations at the Center for Sex & Culture (1349 Mission), and Sunday afternoon workshops and talks at Noisebridge (2169 Mission).
