The 18th Annual Outsound New Music Summit present Grammy award winning percussionist William Winant teams up with iconoclast Zachary James Watkins to explore radical form, dynamics and timbre in real time. Also Polly Moller Springhorn will present her three-movement graphic score for seven musicians named Tom. The intention of this piece is to combine the Fortunate Numbers with ritual movement and improvisation to bring all the musicians and the audience good fortune.
