As hundreds of travelers are stuck at SFO waiting out #stormageddon, they might not even be able to take consolation in Bloody Marys and overpriced burgers while they're doing it.

A second day of strike from UNITE HERE Local 2, the hotel and restaurant workers union, has nearly 1,000 employees walking off the job and airport concessions closed or partially closed. And anyone traveling to SFO today is encouraged to bring their own food.

The workers want more job security and better health care written into their contract. News editor Erin Sherbert has more details over at The Snitch, and is trying to get an accurate picture of how many restaurants might be closed (FLY SFO, the airport's official Twitter account, says 80 percent of vendors are open). Let us know if you have any details.

Sub Pop recording artists 'clipping.' brought their brand of noise-driven experimental hip hop to the closing night of 2016's San Francisco Electronic Music Fest this past Sunday. The packed Brava Theater hosted an initially seated crowd that ended the night jumping and dancing against the front of the stage. The trio performed a set focused on their recently released Sci-Fi Horror concept album, 'Splendor & Misery', then delved into their dancier and more aggressive back catalogue, and recent single 'Wriggle'. Opening performances included local experimental electronic duo 'Tujurikkuja' and computer music artist 'Madalyn Merkey.'"
