Phumplings Exist and They Look Amazing

Okay yes, food mashups are terrible and tiresome and whatever else, but now there's something real I can get behind. Gothamist brings word that New York has invented the Phumpling, a soup dumpling filled with pho broth, shredded beef, and herbs and spices like star anise, lemongrass, and cilantro.

Let's make this happen, S.F.
