This Play-by-Play of the Fog City Burger-Making Process Will Make You Hungry

Fog City has been open on the Embarcadero for nearly a year now under the watchful eye of Bruce Hill, the chef and restauranteur behind Bix, Picco, and Zero Zero. He and his team have been experimenting with cooking videos as of late, but they aren't following the tired format of a chef standing behind the counter walking you through a staged version of the dish.

This snappy burger-making video has no dialogue and quick cuts as it zips through the whole process, from making the housemade bun to American cheese to cooking hte burger on the grill using Hill's patented Chef's Press.
