  • Every celebrity in the world is hanging out at Karyn's Raw in Chicago. Beyoncé loves it, Gaga loves it, I love it. Wait, do I count? If food isn't your thing, Karyn runs a fitness center and spa next door.
  • Mayim Biyalik's cookbook is apparently fantastic. If I ate anything that wasn't already packaged I would be buying a copy right now.

  • Vegan weddings are in. Feeding your guests chicken monstrosities (what the hell is a piccata?) is out.
  • Al Gore is vegan 4 lyfe.
  • Here's PeTA's cutest vegan. (I didn't even know this was a competition I could enter!)
  • A new study suggests that eating too much animal protein can lead to health complications. No studies have yet suggested that eating 10 Lara bars a day is bad for you. (Let's hope there never will be.)
  • So many kittens!

Sub Pop recording artists 'clipping.' brought their brand of noise-driven experimental hip hop to the closing night of 2016's San Francisco Electronic Music Fest this past Sunday. The packed Brava Theater hosted an initially seated crowd that ended the night jumping and dancing against the front of the stage. The trio performed a set focused on their recently released Sci-Fi Horror concept album, 'Splendor & Misery', then delved into their dancier and more aggressive back catalogue, and recent single 'Wriggle'. Opening performances included local experimental electronic duo 'Tujurikkuja' and computer music artist 'Madalyn Merkey.'"
