Chef Josie Smith-Malave offers a choice of Carolina-style pulled pork sandwiches, gluten free chicken adobo, and vegetarian peanut noodles. Local DJ Motion Potion provides the booty-shaking soundtrack. Kill the calories as soon as they're consumed and (shh) sneak in a cocktail before heading back to work.

Opening performances included local experimental electronic duo 'Tujurikkuja' and computer music artist 'Madalyn Merkey.'"
