It might be a stereotype of sorts, but you don't have to be Jewish to enjoy some tasty Chinese food on Christmas Day. Maybe you love re-enacting scenes from A Christmas Story, or maybe your relatives are terrible cooks, or maybe December 25th is just another day and you just so happen to really like Chinese food. Whatever the case may be, take note that quite a large number of San Francisco Chinese restaurants will be open regular hours and ready to feed you on December 25th.

San Tung Chinese in the Inner Sunset will be open, serving their extremely popular dry fried chicken. R & G Lounge in Chinatown, Spices! in the Inner Richmond, and Wonderland in the Lower Haight neighborhood also plan to be open for Christmas Day. The tiny J & A Restaurant in Crocker-Amazon will be open but the popular Mom and Pop asks that you call ahead. And for the vegetarian Christmas non-celebrators Enjoy Vegetarian Restaurant in the Inner Sunset will be open as well.

The trio performed a set focused on their recently released Sci-Fi Horror concept album, 'Splendor & Misery', then delved into their dancier and more aggressive back catalogue, and recent single 'Wriggle'. Opening performances included local experimental electronic duo 'Tujurikkuja' and computer music artist 'Madalyn Merkey.'"
