All through December, SFoodie is bringing you local gift ideas for the food obsessives in your life.

Tis the season for the cheekily named "Get Topped" gift set by Humphry Slocombe Ice Cream. What, you were expecting modesty from the people who brought you the Tranny Smackdown sundae and Fetal Kitten ice cream?

This beautiful box that you should get for me your loved ones is only assembled once a year and includes two $5 gift certificates plus toppings that are all made in-house. There are Tahitian vanilla and peppermint marshmallows, frosted peanuts and almonds, bourbon caramel sauce, bacon peanut brittle, and a coffee mug that depicts the two-headed calf that used to adorn the wall.

The Get Topped gift box is $50, or $65 with a copy of Humphry Slocombe Ice Cream Book, and is available in the shop only.

Sub Pop recording artists 'clipping.' brought their brand of noise-driven experimental hip hop to the closing night of 2016's San Francisco Electronic Music Fest this past Sunday. The packed Brava Theater hosted an initially seated crowd that ended the night jumping and dancing against the front of the stage. The trio performed a set focused on their recently released Sci-Fi Horror concept album, 'Splendor & Misery', then delved into their dancier and more aggressive back catalogue, and recent single 'Wriggle'. Opening performances included local experimental electronic duo 'Tujurikkuja' and computer music artist 'Madalyn Merkey.'"
