After last night's six-pack of events, tonight's focus shifts across the bridge to Oakland, where ten of the East Bay's finest come together for the main event, while Millennium restaurant carries the cocktail torch in a five-course paired cocktail dinner.

Totally Awesome East Bay Party to the Max!

Where: The New Parish, 579 18th St. (at San Pablo) Oakland

When: 5 p.m. - 8 p.m.

Cost: $45 in advance, $55 at the door

The rundown: Point your Clipper cards eastward (yes, hard to believe, but there are BART stations east of Embarcadero. Weird.), and enjoy ten cocktails mixed by East Bay all-stars in this 80's themed party. All your favorites from including Jon Santer from Prizefighter, Jessica Maria and Keli Rivers from Hotsy Totsy, Stella Davies from Bocanova, Jennifer Seidman from Acme Bar, but also folks from Boot and Shoe, Café Rouge, Flora, New Easy, and Sidebar. Brat Pack era "classics" like Slow Comfortable Screws, Fuzzy Navels, and Slippery Nipples get an update that's more than simply better Ice, Ice, Baby.

Art in the Age Spirited Supper at Millennium

Where: Millennium, 580 Geary (at Jones), in the Savoy Hotel

When: 6 p.m.

Cost: $90 (tax and gratuity not included); call 415-345-3900 for a reservation

The rundown: A five-course vegetarian dinner with paired cocktails using the Art in the Age line of organic liqueurs (Root, Snap, Rhuby, and newly released Sage) with produce so fresh it will fool you into thinking you're behaving yourself. Sorry to break it to you -- expertly prepared veggies with a lot of cocktails is still a party.

Sub Pop recording artists 'clipping.' brought their brand of noise-driven experimental hip hop to the closing night of 2016's San Francisco Electronic Music Fest this past Sunday. The packed Brava Theater hosted an initially seated crowd that ended the night jumping and dancing against the front of the stage. The trio performed a set focused on their recently released Sci-Fi Horror concept album, 'Splendor & Misery', then delved into their dancier and more aggressive back catalogue, and recent single 'Wriggle'. Opening performances included local experimental electronic duo 'Tujurikkuja' and computer music artist 'Madalyn Merkey.'"
