Mary Risley, proprietor of Tante Marie's Cooking School and creator of wonderfully profane cooking videos, is also the founder of the local non-profit organization

Food Runners, which helps to distribute unused food to other neighborhood organizations in need. Food Runners is experiencing a growth in outlets offering food, and with this comes a desperate need for new volunteers.

The basic time commitment asked is minimal: Just one hour per week to help bring goods to various neighborhood food programs. To volunteer call 929-1866 or sign up online.

The trio performed a set focused on their recently released Sci-Fi Horror concept album, 'Splendor & Misery', then delved into their dancier and more aggressive back catalogue, and recent single 'Wriggle'. Opening performances included local experimental electronic duo 'Tujurikkuja' and computer music artist 'Madalyn Merkey.'"
