Fat Tuesday Comes to the Fillmore Tonight

When: Tues., February 21, 6 p.m.

Cost: Varies

The rundown: Everyone loves a party, and no party is more insane than Fat Tuesday. The Fillmore plans to do it up right tonight with special deals on food and drink throughout the neighborhood. With the purchase of a $5 wristband, you'll get cheap-o drinks and eats at places like Gussie's Chicken and Waffles, Rasselas Jazz Club, Yoshi's, and more. In addition, they'll have live music, face painting, stilt walking, giveaways, and a free concert with Bobbie Webb accompanied by the Smooth Blues Crew from 5-7 p.m. Happy Mardi Gras, party people!

Wristbands available through Eventbrite or at the door at The Jazz Heritage Center, 1320/1330 Fillmore.
