This Sunday: Sour Flour Teaches You How to Make Bagels

The rundown: This class is for all of you who've brought home freezer-bags full of bagels from NYC. Now that the last of those bagels is long gone, perhaps making your own might help alleviate between-visit pangs?

At Sour Flour's bagel workshop, you'll start by mixing together the four basic bagel ingredients by hand: flour, starter, salt, and water. Then you'll develop the gluten and shape the bagels You'll work with a starter, you'll boil, you'll bake, and then you'll take home massive amounts of fresh bagels. What could be better?
