The past 24 hours in gossip, innuendo, and cold hard facts about the San Francisco food scene. While it serves the same fare, it's definitely a different look for the latest
La Boulange.
Inside Scoop reports the branch's 222 Sutter (at Kearny) location opened yesterday, sporting a more modern and sleek look than its typical French countryside yellow and blue. Two more locations are slated to open in S.F., one at 465 California (at Montgomery), and the Westfield Centre's
aptly named La Boulange du Dome.
And Eater SF shares an update on Caffe Bella Venezia's closure, due to the current owner/ chef Lorenzo Martin eying retirement. The new owners will take over Nov. 1, and open IThai in its place.
