"Chefs' Night Off" Pop-Up Dinner at Radius, Monday August 29

Chefs' Night Off Pop-Up Dinner, hosted by Evan and Sarah Rich

Where: Radius, 1123 Folsom Street

When: Monday, Aug. 29, 6-8:30 p.m.

Cost: $60 (excludes beverages, tax and gratuity)

The rundown: Husband and wife team Sarah and Evan Rich are taking over the kitchen at Radius, for the third event in their "Chefs' Night Off" pop-up dinner series.

The four-course dinner will be as follows:

Red beets with goat cheese, almond, and arugula

Squid with black olive vinaigrette, watermelon, and crispy onions

Pork shoulder served with black garlic, and red cabbage

Peach Cobbler

Sarah was previously a sous chef at Michael Mina, and Evan has worked as Chef de Cuisine at Coi and Quince. In addition to next week's event, they have 3 more pop-up dinners scheduled: Sept. 26, Oct. 24, and Nov. 28.
