The rundown: Well apparently the city's dogs have been staging a rooftop party every month without letting us in on the secret. That's fine, whatever, we aren't hurt. But this time there's ice cream involved, and those snooty pooches can't keep us away. As part of their monthly "Waggin' Hour" series of events, the chi-chi doggie spa Wag Hotel is giving out "doggie/human" ice cream to dogs and their owners, a smart way to break down those inter-species barriers. Your $5 donation at the door will benefit the Azaya Ranch Animal Sanctuary and there will also be tons of adoptable dogs on-hand, giving you the "choose me!" eyes. Okay you know what? This event sounds kinda weird.
